Swedish Massage:

Swedish massage refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones. This results in increased blood flow to the muscle fibers and enhanced returned blood flow to the brain and other vital organs, thus soothing the entire body. This massage is great for the first time massage guest, or just for relaxation.

Orthopedic Massage:

Involves therapeutic assessment, manipulation, and movement of locomotor soft tissues to reduce or eliminate pain or dysfunction.  A unique multidisciplinary approach is utilized, to restore structural balance throughout the body, which will allow you to focus on the prevention and rehabilitation, of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, chronic pain, and sport’s injuries.

$100.00 one and a half hours


Deep Tissue Massage:

This technique focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either in line with or crossing the normal orientation of muscle fibers, tendons and fascia.

Sports Massage:

Sport Massage is a special form of massage and is typically used before, during, and after athletic events.  The purpose of this massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent sport’s injuries.

Lunch Break Massage

This massage is for the person on the run.  It is designed to reduce stress with relaxing strokes and deep pressure to the head, neck and shoulders.

Aromatherapy Massage

The aromatherapy massage stimulates your sense of smell, and your body’s response to touch.  Aromatherapy of your choice will be put in oil and in a diffuser, along with many candles to enhance the relaxation. It utilizes natural essential oils extracted from a wide variety of plants to promote health and vitality and to instill a sense of harmony.

Lavender- Helps with acne, cold and flu, muscle pain, sleeplessness.

Eucalyptus- Helps with rheumatism, fatigue and nervousness.

Ylang Ylang- Helps with anxiety, exhaustion, mature skin and stress.
